I’m a big fan of using the telephone when its comes to lead gen – if everyone is online with their social media strategies, it’s easier to stand out with a sharp, clean and meaningful sales call.

It works.

Most of the time.

This afternoon I made a sales call to an MD of a fairly large organisation and, counter to what I’d normally coach, I decided to leave a message on his voicemail…

It almost went a wee bit like this…
