The Shift Control Sales Podcast

Over the next while I plan to put together some content out on my sales podcast that I hope you find useful.

Some of it will be useful for sales people and some will be useful for sales management or business owners.

I’m going to share content on the sales podcast that I have built up from experience – successes and failures – from sales books that I have read and from anecdotes and stories that have been shared with me by people I have come to respect over the years – people who have succeed in growing high performance sales teams and thriving companies from across the island of Ireland.

The first episode is all about sales prospecting – the area of sales that I see as the most challenging for most sales people and for many sales managers – knowing where to start, knowing where you are going and creating a process that will help get you there and to hit the targets and revenue figures that you deserve to.

The content will be shared on iTunes, Spotify, Soundcloud and if I can overcome my own anxieties, on YouTube too.
